TOUR DESCRIPTION
Alongside with the acquaintance of today’s Belarus and its its capital you will have an opportunity of visiting “Berezina Biosphere Wild Life Reserve. Between the destinations you will be enjoying beautiful Belarusian landscapes of which 1/3 are green woods. In "Dudutki" museum you will learn a lot about Belarusian handicrafts and traditions, see a few wild and domestic animals, try dishes of Belarusian National Cuisine cooked on the basis of old recipes.
SUGGESTED PROGRAM
Day 1 (Minsk)
City tour of Minsk "Minsk - New Europen Capital" (old, Soviet and contemporary Minsk with the most famous sights on the route);
Visit to “Dudutki” Museum of Folk Technologies and Handicrafts (an open–air museum recreating an economic mechanism of the country estate of the 18th-19th centuries: workshops of wood-processing, a porter’s, a smithy, a bakery, a cheese dairy, a distillery and the only surviving wind mill in Belarus);
Included or optional lunch with dishes of Belalarusian national cuisine.
Day 2 (Minsk)
Visit to Berezina Biosphere Wild Life Reserve (the reserve was founded in 1929. Since then its territory has been prohibited for industrial production. It is distimquished by the virgin forests, inhabited by rare animals and birds (the black stork), pure water of the Berezina river with the Europe largest beaver population. The reserve territory is the cleanest one in Belarus;
Included or optional lunch in the restaurant in the Berezina Biosphere Wild Life Reserve;
Return to Minsk;
Overnight in the hotel (B&B).
Day 3
Buffet breakdast in the hotel;
Departure to whatever destination of your choice.
