Tour Description:

This tour is meant for those who are interested in World War II. The route Brest-Minsk and the environs goes through the directions of the main blow of “Centre” Army Group of the Nazi Germany and acquaints with the defensive battles of the Red Army in June-July 1941 as well as with the heroic liberation battles in summer 1944. During the tour you will have a unique opportunity to have a look at heavy weapons of the both opposing sides.

Tour duration:  3 days/3 nights/half board/

 Program:

 Day 1, July 9, Friday:  Arrival at “Minsk 2 National Airport” - transfer to Minsk (40 km)  -  check in at the “Monastyrskaya” 3*** hotel - included or optional dinner - overnight in  the hotel (B&B); 

Day 2, July 10, Saturday: Included “Buffet” breakfast - сcity tour of Minsk  "Minsk - New European Capital" (old, Soviet and contemporary Minsk with the most famous sights) - visit to the State Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War (probably the richest Second World War museum in the ex- USSR) - included lunch at the “Svoi” restaurant - drive to Brest (350 km.) – check in at the  “Hermitage 4**** hotel – included dinner in the hotel- overnight in the hotel (B&B); 

Day 3, July 11, Sunday: Included “Buffet breakfast – visit to the Brest Fortress War Memorial (the memorial consists of the fortress itself, well preserved and conserved ruins and separate highly symbolic monuments. The memorial also includes  State Establishment the Museum of the Defense of the Brest Fortress leaving unforgettable impression on all visitors – orientation city tour of Brest - included lunch  in the city center - departure for Minsk - check in at the “Monastyrskaya” 3*** hotel-overnight in the hotel (B & B);

Day 4, July 12, Monday: Included “Buffet” breakfast – departure for the National airport “Minsk 2”.
