Tour description: It will be the right thing to describe today’s Belarus as a country “returning home". During the recent years the country has been going through a stage of the incredible Renaissance of its national traditions and culture. Reconstruction of valuable architectural monuments is being carried out on a large scale. Feeling of national identity is getting stronger. We are proud of our country and we are really happy to offer you an opportunity to see our sights, including 2 UNESCO sights: XVIth century Mir castle and the Residence of the Radziwills princes in the town of Nesvizh.

Tour duration: 3 nights/half board

 Program:

 Day 1, Friday: Arrival at «Minsk   -  check in at the “Belarus” 3***hotel -  overnight in  the hotel (B&B);

Day 2, Saturday: Included breakfast – city tour of Minsk “Minsk – New European capital” : Old Town presenting complex of both Russian Orthodox and Roman Catholic churches and monasteries, Merchants’ house, Town Hall and other survived buildings of the past. Visit to the 17th century Russian Orthodox Cathedral of the Holy Spirit where one can admire a wonder-working Icon of Our Lady of Minsk, Trinity suburb including a fragment of Minsk of the 19th century with buildings in a classical style, the then most famous trend in the architecture, Soviet Minsk presenting Independence Square with its unique buildings of pre-war & post – war years, including the Government house – the creation of the brilliant Soviet architect Josef Langbard; drive through the main, Independence Avenue presenting a grandiose post-war reconstruction in the “Stalin Empire” style to have a glimpse at its squares, parks and monuments, Contemporary Minsk with new landmarks in the architecture including diamond-shaped building of the National Library with the observation platform at the height of 72 meters), new prestigious residential neighborhood “Mayak of Minsk”, Ortodox Cathedral of all the Saints and all those who died innocently for our Mortherland - included lunch at the “Svoi” restaurant  – visit to the National Art museum of Belarus rated in the CIS as the third best museum after the Hermitage and the “Russian museum in St. Petersburg - overnight in the hotel (B&B);

Day 3, Sunday: Included breakfast – visit to the towns of Nesvizh (130 km.) and Mir(30 km. from Nesvizh. The tour  includes an excursion to the Residence of the Radziwils princes in Nesvizh and Nesvish parks, (a UNESCO sight); to the Mir Castle – an example of the XYIth century Belarusian stone defensive architecture, (a UNESCO sight) - Included lunch in Mir: - return to Minsk - overnight in the hotel (B&B);

Day 4 , Monday: Included breakfast
